i made this chocolate/coconut cake on sunday for my sister Annie's birthday.

today she turns 36. and i wish her nothing but the best.

unexpected

I'm moving to Southern California ...in a month. I started training for the job here 3 weeks ago and then I'll move that job to their office in OC. It's hard to leave a place that you love and a place that has all your friends, but at least I'll have them and her and the beach.

i'm not even a soccer player....

...and i get goosebumps every time.

jonathan and and megan got married! i know jonathan from rexburg and megan from salt lake. i couldn't be happier that these two tied the knot.

their reception was beautiful (wish i had pictures). best part was seeing some of my favorite rexburg-ers.

easter feaster

easter was a delight. jane, maggie, and i made crepes for breakfast. we watched conference in our pjs. and we enjoyed an easter feast at my sisters house. oh my! it was such a tasty meal. thanks for having us annie!

i made the dessert. lemon curd. strawberries. and mini angel food cakes.

jane and i made these easter baskets for annie and egan.

and for our roommates...we gave them a new pretty bowl and a box of cereal.

i was hired by a lady to make a quilt for her husbands upcoming birthday. it can be challenging finding fabric that a guy would like...especially in a quilt shop.
