Wyoming

On Saturday we went to Wyoming.

Wyoming is real pretty this time of year.

I had a really great birthday FYI. I need to post my pictures from California. We had such a good time. In the meantime you can look at Egan's blog. She posted all the polaroids she took.

Jane bought me this Mac Slimshine for my birthday. I feel very 24. ha. She said "if lipstick and lipgloss had a baby this is what it would be." It's really great. You should try it. Check it out here.
Jane also bought me this book I've been wanting called Downtown Chic. I can't stop looking at it. I want to buy a fixer upper real bad...and get to work. Sounds/looks like so much fun.

The authors are married and own a business called Sixx Design. Named after their 6 kids (they've got 2 sets of twins!).

I love this picture of my parents hands on their wedding day. They celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary on June 1st.

And I really find hands so interesting. I love my grandmas hands, she's got the softest hands ever. My friend Shauna's has really lovely hands. And this picture of my parents hands is just so pretty to me. Youthful and pretty but still the same hands that I know and love.

Today is good

Today I'm leaving for a little vaca in Southern California.

My brother and sister-in-law invited us over on Sunday for homemade donuts. What a treat!
