Balboa Boat Parade

My friend Tyler chartered a boat and took a bunch of friends how to watch the Balboa boat parade. People really go all out decorating their boats. Impossible to take a decent pic but you get the idea...

I love the NB boat parade. We tried to go and only got to see the fireworks before a sick kid made us go home. Not a huge fan of that last pic.
