Tonight Jane and I met our friend Tyler for dinner at Five Guys. Oh Boy it was so good. So So Good! You must GO! The burgers are fresh and delish, the fries are Amazing, and the company was great too.

I've blogged about Design by Humans before and I realized that I haven't told you about TeeFury. It is owned by DBH but it is a separate website. They post one t-shirt everyday. And it is only posted once. The t-shirt is $9 and you have 24 hours to purchase the shirt. Pretty cool! A great price and a unique shirt.

Happy Inauguration Day!

I enjoyed watching the Inauguration this morning. Exciting times. I am now having fun playing around with Obamiconme.pastemagazine.com. I've always wanting to be on a Shepard Fairey poster. Dreams do come true.

Today is Pink

Today I finished Jane's quilt top. I still need to buy some backing and quilt it together but it is on the road to completion. She's been wanting me to make her a quilt and I finally got my act together. (it helps that i'm jobless)

I made this E pillow for my sister to give to her daughter on Christmas. I love seeing it propped up on her bed. I will be making more monogram pillows for the etsy shop soon!

And this little girl just melts my heart.

Surprise Balls

Every year my Mom along with Jane and I make surprise balls for the kids to unravel. They are just as much fun for us as they are for the kids. We fill them with all sorts of things... money, little toys, stickers, candy, etc.

The kids were in the zone as they unraved the crate paper to see what would fall out next. I love traditions like these!
