Jane came to town for over a week! It was the best!! I loved introducing her to all my friends and just having a pal all the time. A group of us went to the Angel game the last weekend she was here. And it happened to be free hat night so that's cool. It was such a summery night at the ball park which made me so excited for Summer!

dodger game
Our friend Melissa organized a group to go to the Dodger game. It rained HARD all day so we were worried the game would be canceled but skies cleared and rain stopped. phew. (it was freezing though). Our tickets got us unlimited food. Dodger dog, yes please. It was a really fun night, I love a live baseball game and a rowdy crowd and I love an excuse to go to LA.

a weekend with annie
My friend Annie visited me a couple weekends ago. We had such a good weekend. I love it when she visits so so much. We met friends for dinner in Laguna on friday night. Sat we got breakfast, visited the Bourne's, got beach snacks, went to the beach, shopped at fashion island, met friends for dinner, chilled at my house, and went dancing at DJ boom. Sunday was Easter and we took a stroll at Montage and went to church before I dropped her off at the airport. It was a perfect weekend. Can't get enough of that Annie Belle.

Earth Day at Anthro
At Anthro on Saturday we put on this Earth Day event for kids. I helped with set up and we just hoped kids would show. Jane (who is in town!) was babysitting my nieces and nephews and brought them to the store. They had fun painting and I loved visitors at work. A few things I really love that we used for the event were the confetti cups and the egg crates used to hold fishy snacks.

Cami's 25th
For my roommate Cami's birthday party she requested the driving range and dinner with friends. We invited all our friends to meet at In and Out for burgers then hit up Saddleback driving range. I forgot how fun the driving range is! (Must go again soon!). I made round stickers for people to wear. And instead of a party crown I gave her a red hat with a 25 on it.
We had mini donuts, chocolate chip cookies and drinks for people at the driving range. Since the driving range closed at 9 and we still wanted to party we went to karaoke. You don't have to twist my arm to sing some Dixie Chicks or Katy Perry to a rowdy crowd. (or see an 80 year old man sing Killers... see video below).

Easter
Easter dinner was at the Bournes. We had Dave's brother and his family and my cousin Nate and his family. A great crowd. And it was a gorgeous Easter day!
My cousin's wife Katie made that fruit salad. I'll have to learn how to cut pineapple like that! Jen made the bombest salmon ever. Forget ham, I'll have salmon every Easter. And of course bunny rolls which we've had every year since before I was born.

I like it when kids help set the table...

Saylor is such a little party thrower. She made these place cards for the kids table and put a peep on each plate. She's a natural at this stuff.

The hit of Easter was Patrick and Aleisha's brand new baby girl. So sweet.
