babysitting gone wild

i promise i do more then babysit. in fact i hardly ever babysit. this girl just needs a camera do document the other things i do.

she had a cold so she was actually pretty miserable, but put on a good face.

SLCers for NewYears

Annie, Lezlie, Tucker and Jimmy came to San Diego for a long weekend over New Years. I'm so happy I got to hang with them for part of their trip. It just feels right to be with my SLC friends. We went to breakfast near my house and then drove to LA to visit the Getty. That night we went to dinner and then to the YSA NYE party. They ended up going back to San Diego and I met back up with them on Sunday. Being with these friends is just good for my soul. I love them dearly.

Home for the Holidays

I was such a little homebody. I didn't even need to leave the house to do anything, but we did. We went to movies, shopped, ate out, ran hills, went to the photo booth (daily), crafted, walked around Greenlake, etc. It was lovely.

YSA Christmas Cruise

In December my ward (San Clemente YSA) and the Huntington Beach YSA combined Christmas parties and went on a Christmas Cruise in Newport. It was a blast! I was in charge of selling tickets to my ward (quite the task!) and it turned out to be a huge success. Dinner was catered and there was a photo booth on one level and dancing on another. One of our counselors is a photographer and I love having him at our ward functions to capture everything on camera!
